1) Achtergrond: het doel van dit onderzoek was om de huidige implicaties voor toekomstige analyse binnen het gebruik van telegeneeskunde voor diabetes en hypertensie vast te stellen, te categoriseren en te prioriteren met de bedoeling om de dekking te informeren en keuzes toe te passen.
(2) Methoden: Er werd een iteratief ontwerp voor gecombineerde strategieën aangenomen, samen met drie opeenvolgende stappen: een up-to-date paraplu-evaluatie van de effectiviteit van telegeneeskunde , kwalitatieve inhoudelijke materiaalevaluatie van geëxtraheerde kennis over de huidige analysebehoeften en een kwantitatieve enquête onder behandelaars en welzijnsonderzoekers met de intentie om prioriteit te geven aan de erkende wensen.
(3) Resultaten: In totaal bevatten 32 informatie over toekomstige analyse-implicaties. Kwalitatieve inhoudsmateriaalevaluatie leverde naast subcategorieën 5 klassen op, die een noodzaak voor eersteklas onderzoek, volledige expertisebeoordelingen, diepgaande zorgen over de eigenschappen van patiënten, ethiek en veiligheid naast implementatiemethoden beschermden.
Uit het online onderzoek bleek dat in wezen de meest urgente toekomstige analysebehoeften zijn: kennisveiligheid, beveiliging van getroffen personen, tevredenheid van getroffen personen, implementatiemethoden en langere follow-up. Chi²-statistieken en t-tests brachten belangrijke variaties aan het licht binnen de prioriteiten van leden met en zonder expertise op het gebied van gebruik, analyse en groei van telegeneeskunde. Een elementevaluatie bracht zes overkoepelende elementen aan het licht.
(4) Conclusie: deze resultaten zouden kunnen helpen bij het bestuderen van eerder gemaakte fouten en zouden belangrijke aspecten moeten zijn van een toekomstige agenda voor telegeneeskundeanalyse.
Onderzoeksvoortgang van relatie tussen vitamine K en diabetes type 2
Objective: To systematically evaluate analysis on the affiliation between vitamin Ok and sort 2 diabetes and diabetes-related biomarkers in people, and consider the position of vitamin Ok within the prevention of kind 2 diabetes. Methods: “Vitamin Ok”, “kind 2 diabetes” and associated phrases have been searched in PubMed, EMBASE, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Wanfang Med Online as much as November 2018.
Resultaten: Er zijn een complete reeks van 1 Chinese en 12 Engelse artikelen opgenomen. Van de 6 observationele onderzoeken bevestigden 5 van hen dat grotere vitamine OK-consumptie via de voeding en plasma vitamine Ok-fase verband hielden met het lagere risico op diabetes type 2.
Van de 6 wetenschappelijke interventieonderzoeken gaven er 5 aan dat de suppletie van vitamine Ok (1) of K2 een constructief effect zou kunnen hebben op het insulinemetabolisme. Een Mendeliaans randomisatieonderzoek bevestigde dat een grotere circulatie van het vitamine Ok-stadium mogelijk het gevaar van diabetes type 2 zou verminderen.
