Tijdige analyse van diabetes type 2 en vroege interventie en therapie ervan zijn van vitaal belang voor het beheersen van metabole problemen, het vertragen en verminderen van problemen, het verminderen van sterfte en het verbeteren van een hoge kwaliteit van leven. Type 2 diabetes werd herkend door Fourier rework mid-infrarood (FTIR) verzwakte volledige reflectie (ATR) spectroscopie samen met overmatige gradiëntversterking (XGBoost).
Volbloed FTIR-ATR-spectra van 51 klinisch erkende diabetes type 2 en 55 gezonde vrijwilligers waren verzameld. Voor de gecompliceerde samenstelling van volledig bloed en verre spectrale ruis werd Savitzky-Golay-afvlakking voor het eerst toegepast op het FTIR-ATR-spectrum.
Vervolgens werd PCA gebruikt om overbodige kennis uit te roeien en verwierf het een van de beste variëteit aan receptonderdelen. Ten slotte werd het XGBoost-algoritme gebruikt om de soort 2-diabetes te onderscheiden van gezonde vrijwilligers en het grid-zoekalgoritme werd gebruikt om de gerelateerde parameters van de XGBoost-mannequin te optimaliseren om de robuustheid en generalisatiemiddelen van de mannequin te verbeteren.
De gevoeligheid van de optimale XGBoost-paspop was 95,23% (20/21), de specificiteit was 96,00% (24/25) en de nauwkeurigheid was 95,65% (44/46). De experimentele resultaten tonen aan dat FTIR-ATR-spectroscopie vermengd met XGBoost-algoritme diabetes type 2 snel en nauwkeurig kan diagnosticeren zonder reagentia.
Vermindering van de sterftekosten bij ouderen met diabetes: een overzicht van huidig onderzoek.
Bij deze beoordeling wordt gekeken naar de mortaliteitslast die wordt opgemerkt bij de oudere inwoners van mensen met diabetes en worden de kanscomponenten geïdentificeerd die verband houden met het sterfterisico bij deze inwoners.
Het sterfte-gat tussen oudere mensen met en zonder diabetes blijft bestaan, waarbij de extra sterfte 10% hoger is dan binnen de normale bewoners. Hoewel de vroege sterfte bij mannen met diabetes aanzienlijk hoger is dan bij vrouwen met diabetes, is het relatieve sterfterisico bij vrouwen veel groter in vergelijking met meisjes zonder diabetes.
Oudere personen die diabetes hebben ontwikkeld op middelbare leeftijd hebben een aanzienlijk groter risico op sterfte in vergelijking met degenen die het ontwikkelen op verouderde leeftijd, wat de blijvende betekenis benadrukt van het optimaliseren van diabeteszorg op alle leeftijden.

Description: NOV, also called CCN3, is a secreted protein of CCN family members. CCN family members are highly conserved cysteine rich proteins sharing a common modular structure having 4 conserved domains, insulin-like growth factor-binding protein (IGFBP) domain, von Willebrand type C (VWC) domain, thrombospondin-1 (TSP-1) domain, and C-terminal (CT) domain (absent in CCN5). By specific interactions with these domains, CCN proteins modulate multiple signalling pathways including BMPs, Wnt, TGFs, Notch and integrins to regulate cell proliferation, differentiation, adhesion, migration, angiogenesis, and survival. CCN3 is firstly characterized as a promoter of progenitor activity of human hematopoietic stem cells, as knockdown of CCN3 can abrogate the function of primitive progenitors. Recent studies showed that CCN3 is also actively involved in the process of wound healing. CCN3 is highly expressed in granulation tissues of cutaneous wounds and capable of inducing synthetic responses of fibroblasts. |
